HI, I FOUND THIS COIN GOING THROUGH SOME ROLLS FROM MY BANK. THE COIN LOOKS AS IF THE TOP EDGE HAS BEEN FOLDED OVER. YOU CAN SEE THE TOP PART OF THE (T) IN (TRUST) IN THE FOLD. THE PICTURE OF THE EDGE SHOWS THAT IT WAS NOT FROM BEING HIT FROM THE SIDE. WHAT IS THE ERROR AND HOW DID IT HAPPEN, AND IF IT IS A ERROR, HOW RARE IS IT?

It appears to be post-strike damage. The presence of a pressure ridge alongside the indentation in the rim is evidence of that. Perhaps the "T" in the first photo emerged through the overlying thin metal as the coin circulated and as the thin metal molded itself to the underlying design.
