  • Monroe- die chip or double die?

HELLO, I JUST WENT THROUGH A COUPLE OF ROLLS OF MONROE DOLLARS AND FOUND TWO COINS WITH THESE ERRORS. THE ERROR IS JUST BELOW HIS EAR, AND ABOVE THE POINT OF HIS COLLAR. I THINK ITS A DIE CHIP BUT HOPING ITS A DOUBLE DIE. THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO COINS WITH ANY THING WRONG WITH THEM, MAYBE THE MINTS GETTING BETTER AT THEIR JOB.
