  • 1997 D 90 degree rotated nickel

    Everyone,
I just found this one over the weekend in a roll of nickels. It caught me off guard and I thought I had not flipped the coin correctly. First rotation I have ever found in circulation.

It has been a good month for pulling coins from rolls...I posted the 1969 D Type B quarter thread in the Variety Forum last week. Still getting more information about that one.
