2004-S Clad Proof Kennedy Half DDO?

Looking through a 2004 clad proof set this morning I found this Kennedy Half with strong doubling on obverse-Doubling(you can actually see 3 levels on the 4!) is very strong, East on IGWT, S mintmark, and most letters in LIBERTY--reverse shows nothing--sorry for the crappy pics.
Suggestions on the BEST TPG to send this to welcome.
