unplated cent 2000D

I found this cent yesterday. It looks to be a non copper plated zinc.

Its 2000D. Someone suggested I post pics here for an opinion.

If necc. I could send it in to be double checked. It weighs 2.5 grams, or 38 grains on my scale. I'm not sure how accurate it is. 1982 cents weigh anywhere from 2.4 to 2.7 grams on my scale.

It seems unc from a wear standpoint.
It is quite smooth but has blotches of dark color, but not copper colored.


Any opinions and/or advice would be appreciated.

I do agree Mike, none of the raised lines or the sunk in letters, however, your expertise is the final say.
