  • 1996-P Die Trails

This matches 1996-p 1-DER-005T, The only thing I see on this coin that is not on BJ'S site is the heavy die trails coming off the E and going thru the M in AMERICA.

To be honest with you, it has more of a chance of being 1996P-1DER-016T than the 5 die. The reason why is that the trail lines just do not match up position wise to the 5 die. On top of that, I think it may be a new die, however, I will need to se it to be sure.

Thanks Louis for keeping me in mind and either way, it is a nice find. Strong trail dies of that nature are a rarity and hard to find.

Hi BJ I found that one late last night and when I saw the 005 it looked like a match and I didn't look at the rest. I just looked at the 016T and you are right it looks like a match. This coin is an earlyer die state then the one shown it has only a few die scatches. I can send it with the others, I think I'm up to 10 that you don't have listed. Louis
