1964-d Nickel RPM ?

Can anyone tell me if this is a rpm and what number it may be. The coin is a 1964-D....I see a split in the upper left side..Thanks

Okay, it is next to impossible to tell which one it is, even though it appeares to be a RPM.

I'll put myself way out on a limb and say it is possibly RPM-016 or RPM-017, but that is just a WAG.
