1972 Proof Cent Die Clash

Found what I think is a die clash when looking at a 1972 proof set. What do you think?

I see nothing out of the ordinary in your photos.

Let me try and clarify. The areas circled in red correspond to columns on the reverse. The reverse side is rotated to almost match the angle of the beard. Take another look at the pictures above again and see if you agree.

The last place you'd expect a clash to show up is on the beard. This is an area of high relief and therefore most deeply recessed on the die face.
