1951 Canadian 10 cent DDO?

I'm not familar with these and this coin has seen some rough times but it looks like zero in the "10" is doubled and the CEN looks to be notched on the left corners. Its too bad its so worn, corrections welcome:)

It does appear to be a doubled die with the 0 having distortion, the extra thickness on some of the letters and the lower left corners of CENT having what appears to be notching. As you said though, it would be a bit difficult to match it to one die because of the wear.
