Hi BJ,
I was waiting for you to respond to this thread so I could ask you another question. It's definately MDD to the West but is that Die Deterioration to the East? Also, Would this fall under Longacre doubling? It looks better on the Indian cents. I see notching on both A's and on the Y but that could be the lighting. Just curious!

Yes, it's the same kind of doubling. It may not be machine doubling, but die deterioration doubling instead. In either case, it's common and devoid of value.
