Kennedy Half Dollar

I have 2 questions on this Kennedy Half Dollar. First is this a weak or die adjustment strike and if not. And, Second is can a coin be so circulated that it can be 1/4 to 1/2 the size of a normal Kennedy and have a 10.1g weight. Thank you for all the help.

It appears that the design was ground away on each face. I conclude this because the proto-rim of the unstruck planchet is absent. The proto-rim would be evident if this was a genuine low-pressure strike. By the way, there is too much glare on your first two photos.
