  • History of discovery of 1980 DDO cent?

Does anyone know the details of the discovery of the 1980 DDO Lincoln Cent? Breen writes that Dwight Stuckey reported it, but that is all I can find.
When was it found? In 1980 or later? Was the discovery specimen found in circulation or in a BU bag or rolls?
Thanks if anyone remembers this story.
