1914 quarter w/ Backward D in GOD?

I have a mint condition 1914 gold quarter with a typo. The D in GOD is printed backwards. It's very obvious. I would love to find some info on this coin. Any ideas where I should look? Has anyone seen this before?:)

It would be helpful if you could post a picture. The minting process would not allow for this. It is most likely a damage to the letter that happened after the coin left the mint or possibly a counterfeit coin of some sort. In any case, pictures of the coin and the word GOD would be a great help.
