The 180 degree rotated die error makes it all the sweeter. It's an uncommon combination, but I suspect they're related as they occur a little too often to be coincidental. You also sometimes find horizontal and vertical misalignments in combination. I've yet to find a vertical misalignment in combination with a rotated die error.
