Is this 1943-d DDO die-8?

Can anyone tell me if this 1943-d cent is the one Coneca lists as die-8?

This coin has some abrasion doubling on the date that's not related to the DDO.

The listing describes a die crack from the lower lapel to rim, I showed what I think matches that marker in the last pic.
