IHC RPD?

Found this while looking through a few IHC's. Looks to have a secondary 8 to the S/E and a slight bit of doubling under the loop of the 9. A little damage to the area of concern as well:(

I don't have any references to IHC's. Guess I need to get some huh. Is this a known die?
