It's Not. We call these "squeeze jobs". Coins are laid one atop another and placed in a vice, or hit with a hammer. -
Might have been a DDO-009 before the sqeeze job.

It was obvious from the start what I was looking at. The first design element that caught my eye was the back wards "N" of ONE. That is why I used a "non" word "mis-error" in the introduction.
Unfortunately, this was from a dealer, who had hoped that it was something, but had the common sense to verify it before placing this monstrosity up for sale. And thus, one of the reasons why I do shows for our organization, to catch such things like this and educate the public.
