CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Going through a roll of 2004 P 5c's and came across the following. Several with die cracks running from 5 to 6 o'clock on obverse, many more with chipped die on lower "o" in Louisiana or the "E" in UNITED on the reverse.

    Final tally from this one roll... 9 with the chipped "o", 3 with the chipped "E", 4 with the cracked die, and 2 with both the chipped "E" and the die crack.
