1982-D RPM001 is a Copper Large Date Cent. The coin above is a Small Date.
I personally do not see an RPM. What you are seeing inside the primary "D" is the depth of the punch itself. These are not RPM's.
Sorry.

In my opinion, the "8" in the date and the southern portion of the mint mark may be suffering from split copper plating.
I don't know if the mintmark was damaged die to the split plating. I'll take a closer look after saving this opinion.
The only additional thing I noticed the lower area of Lincoln's shoulder, across most of the bottom of the coin looks off. Not sure what to make of it. It almost have that "scraped" look.
There is only on RPM for this year/mintmark. The pick up point is to the north on the documented example. I do not see anything to the north on your coin, so its probably not rpm 001. RPM 001 is centered between the 9 and 8. Your coin the mintmark is a lot closer towards the 9.

Is this the "damaged mintmark punch" of the 82D?
The "8" appears to have doubling or drag? You do not have permission to view this gallery.
