  • Kennedy 50C on silver 10C planchet. From older 1968 error collection

I was checking my error collection recently and have heard that there were many "fake" mint error silver coins produced back in the mid-1960's. I am wondering if this example is representative of any authentic known examples. It's a Kennedy half (1964) that is about 50% off center struck on a silver dime planchet. I appreciate any comments as to it's authenticity.

Errors are unique. however this show markers that it is real. metal flow where the letters are, the size, and you PM me the weight which is right..... I would feel this is a true error.
