Doble oreja. -
Here is a link to the documented doubled die. The ear must look the same. It should bevall raised. The photos at varietyvista are not the best, but if you zoom in on the last photo of the ear, you can see it better. It almost looks like a triangle at bottom of ear.
I personally do not care for ear and eye DDOs, so I tend to ignore them when I look for DDOs.
I would wait for other opinions.

Personalmente, no me interesan los DDO de oído y ojo, por lo que tiendo a ignorarlos cuando busco DDO.
