    1978 Philadelphia? Ike doller?

This supposed Philadelphia 1978 ike doller has what seems to me, a different kinds of finish, on top of being improperly stored, the reverse has a very very strong strike, with the moon having a design I don't think iv seen before, and it bears no mint mark!

    Thanks guys
