See above, where I said the doubling on the reverse is in the master hub (and therefore present on every 1866 and not a DDR)....

For anybody following this, the OP's variety is new and is now catalogued as 1866 S1-3023 in SNV (the 23rd catalogued RPD for 1866).

For shield nickels, the number of varieties is so large that any coin book that covers multiple series cannot hope to do justice to shield nickels....
