I have the 84 and the 97 doubled ear. I found this one today and it sure doesn't look shelf like to me however, the TY although it doesn't look shelf...

Update: I sent the Coin to Dr Wiles for attribution and this Franklin was attributed as a new DDO variety. Thank you for everyone’s help and comments....

On the OBV I see something on the lower lobe of Roosevelts ear (not positive that it is part of the clash). Also, I see a clash under Roosevelt's chin...
