I have 5 or 6 more canada coins with rev doubling on the reverse. Is that common? they could be MAD. I will do all at once to save time next. Some day

1979 1-Cent. Canada. Is it a DDO on obverse relief?
Going through backstock, dreaming of what i might find when i grab some 2024 pennyrolls at the bank this month. Heres a 1979 1c canada. It has good doubling on the obverse relief.

From the pictures, it appears that the "doubling" is machine doubling and is caused by the die bouncing when striking the planchet. It's not a double strike or a doubled die. These are very common, especially on 1979 cents and are not worth a premium.James Zimmerman
