Hello,
One thing we will need is a photo of the date and mintmark as centered as you can get it.
What we do with that is visit other websites and see if there is an exact match. If people can, they try making an overlay to see if the coin you have and the coin displayed on the website like coppercoins is a match.
Back then, they used to take a working die and manually hammer the mintmark into each of those working dies, so the placement of that mintmark can be slightly different.
It also depends on the "age" or die stage of the working die. If the die was relatively new when the coin was struck, it will show more details. The more strikes the working dies do, the less prominent the RPM can be.
I downloaded your photo and enlarged it. the vertical bar looks tilted, but that could also be damaged. IF I have time later in the day, I will see if https://coppercoins has a match.

Its difficult to know without a date and mintmark photo, BUT, this one listed below is the only one on coppercoins that shows at tilted / clockwise:

In my opinion, I guessed right - I think.
I took the coppercoins photo and did an overlay onto your coin. It looks pretty close.
So this may well be Coppercoins

The line up might be a tad off, mainly due to the opacity I used. The 1982-D's are pretty similar in mint mark position for a lot of the varieties.
