CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

Yeah I've seen the list, lol! I'm thinking it looks alot like a other "D" or even 2. And I do believe it's doubled but I was more Interested in the number of mint marks on this one The main D is also OMM It appears.

There are no documented cases of an OMM in 1960 D Lincoln cents.

The lighting on the mint mark is kinda low.
I am not at my pc or I would tinker with brightening it myself.

OCC is more than likely right, there may be a few die cracks in the vicinity, and it may have caused issues when striking coins.

The D mintmark may have split serifs. Thought to tell with the low lighting on the photos. I will attempt to look at this later in the week, time permitting. Occ has done the majority of the lift.
