CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

In mynopinion, there hasn't been a Kennedy half dollar business strike DDO since the mid 1970s . There has been a few San Francisco DDOs but there weren't many. The Philadelphia mint DDO is scarce as well after 1984 or so.

This is a hard one for me. I believe what you see on TRUST would be MDD, especially note the ST in TRUST. I think there could be a lot of phantom doubling on most ever thing else...not sure of IN GOD. This half dollar would best be attributed in person.

On this website navigate to the main page.
Go under the CONECA SERVICES forum.
            Go in the Attributions area.
Place a post under the attributions forum.

I highly suggest adding the best photos you can offer of the areas and add as much text as possible describing what you are seeing.
It's best to add too much info into the post. This way you get an answer without having to wait multiple times.

The way CONECAdoes things is to filter what they need to see in hand. Through the photos and info you provide will help them determine if they need to see it in hand.

IF a third party attribution services is used like ANACS, NGC or PCGS, attribution prices for varieties can be pricey. You can contact them for pricing, but expect to pay close to 50 bucks or more. ANACS may be the cheapest of the three, but the turn around time can exceed 5 weeks or more.

Depending on your location, there may be a representative at a local coin show, or if there is a coin shop close, they may be able to submit coin(s) if they are an authorized representitive.

Paying for attribution services can be a costly game of chance. When I send things in, i self attribute them and only send in things that have been documented. This way I know it is listed and the odds it comes back as a document variety is a lot better than them not recognizing a potential new variety, whether it is minor or not.

I personally do not push people to or away from sending coins in. It's a owner decision, who also has to accept the risk, cost and time involved.
