2008 Arizona Quarter Die Chip covering Initials

I'm definitely new at the coin hobby. It has been a learning experience to date. This 2008 Arizona quarter has a die chip covering the intials. Just wondering if this coin needs to go further in the process for examination efforts and confirmation?

    Thanks

    Hello,
I really don’t believe this is considered a variety. Maybe if you repost to the general or mint errors forums you will get some response.
    and maybe not.
as a self professed newbie to this hobby the definition of variety vs the definition of error should be explored by you.
if you look at the top of each forum page, under the tabs there is great info that will make your transition from newby much faster.
    GL, just a suggestion.

      not imo

just a die chip and rarely do they garner much interest, especially if common and/or small and alone.

For some very odd reason, ppl sure bought a LOT of the newer quarters with various chips, in various places and of various sizes. strange world ours is.
