1970-S Misplaced Mint Mark

In my opinion, paraphrasing the people in general who stated it....
The U S Mint allows the placement of the Lincoln cent mintmark south of the date in the field ( flat part of the coin). Prior to 1990, these mintmarks were hammered into each working die and the location of these mintmarks can vary.
Nothing special with the mintmark, and the CONECA forum rules from on talking value, since it can vary wildly between different people and different regions.
