In my opinion, this is posted in the wrong area. This is where websites are posted. I personally won't answer any other questions in this section of the forum.
Additionally, the title says 1971 s and photos are 1970 s. I don't know if the coin title is correct and the wrong coin posted or vice versa.
For 1970 S you can search this website to see if any doubled ears were ever found and documented.

Slabbing is up to the owner of the coin. You need to investigate the potential cost to include the return shipping. Then, you have to get an idea what this coin is worth. You need to get a general idea of the grade as well. If it's been in pocket change or found in a mixed roll, it may be a circulated coin and it's value may be significantly lower than one found in a BU roll.
The ANA website might have criteria on getting a general idea of grade. PCGS.com and NGCcoin.com will give values of coins that have been slabbed, plus give census or population reports for each coin and variety.
CONECA staff frown on us talking about grades for raw coins, and any type of value.
