Is this a double die obverse or double die reverse and is it nice enough to get a slabbed? Thank you I'm the owner of all the coins

This coin looks lightly circulated.
It's a decision to be made by the coin owner.

In my opinion, this isn't a double die obverse or a doubled die reverse from the 1969 Lincoln cent. There is a DDO, from San Francisco but, this is not DDO 001.
