CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Need your expert opinion on this 1999 D Roosevelt Dime. First is the last "9" on the 1999. The tails was cut off short but you can see some trace of it but wasn't punch through? Also D maybe RPM? Maybe not.

    you can see here the last known RPM for USA coinage. afaik they stopped adding MM separately, thus negating the possibility of an RPM.it should be only possible to be part of a ddr/ddo now.

      In my opinion, See that while holo style line that is north of Roosevelt's head. It travels almost all around the coin. It could be a coin wrapping machine damage or coin counter damage. It has the look of damage.
