1999-D Roosevelt Dime
Need your expert opinion on this 1999 D Roosevelt Dime. First is the last "9" on the 1999. The tails was cut off short but you can see some trace of it but wasn't punch through? Also D maybe RPM? Maybe not.You do not have permission to view this gallery.

you can see here the last known RPM for USA coinage. afaik they stopped adding MM separately, thus negating the possibility of an RPM.it should be only possible to be part of a ddr/ddo now.

In my opinion, See that while holo style line that is north of Roosevelt's head. It travels almost all around the coin. It could be a coin wrapping machine damage or coin counter damage. It has the look of damage.Gary Kozera
