1971-S Jefferson 5C proof DDO or RPM?

Good evening, I see this 1971-S 5C proof with multiple errors and Im not sure how to label it. I can use a little help from some friends. I see doubling in the letters around the Obverse and well as what looks to be a S/S East RPM.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Those issues you mention are not errors, they are varieties.

Thanks, Gary, varieties. I guess I should’ve clarified when I was really thinking is can it have both? If they both confirm, how do I label it as a DDO/RPM? Can the coin have two varieties or would that be considered a third variety?
