CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

        also the obv/rev die assignments.

no biggie. just haven't really seen ??? since most of the die marriage/est pop info is mostly worked out for virtually all series at this point if not anywhere, at least within the inner circles of the various collectors societies.

anyhow, happy to see em coming!

i'd post more but not much fanfare round these parts for classic coins. can be considered an expensive hobby; aka the King.

idk how deep into SHD you are or not but if you are, and you haven't yet read Mr. Half Dime's posts on pcgs forum, it would be quite beneficial. i remember when he was around (passed i think) and he was quite a pleasure to work with.

here is a taste of his contributions to SHD.

edited to add a post by yosclimber, another very good person to work with. link

              hey neat!

not sure if i have read your articles. i'm not paid member and don't read ES regularly but poke through one now n then, even find em for d/l here n there.

really appreciate the collecting by marriage!! fun but not easy for sure. CBHD and/or LSHD (and 10c/25c/50c) - not sure if LSD have been done with marriages officially. i'm really not into numismatics like i used to be so a lot probably has transpired over the last several years i've been passive.
