1946-S Dime, FS-501?

This looks, to my untrained eye, like a possible DDR FS-501. Variety Vista DDR-001 matches pretty well (http://www.varietyvista.com/07%20Roo...946SDDR001.htm) but the EPLURIB doesn't seem to match?

most of coin aren't known for full device doubling, ironically i guess, so if you see "doubling" on that many devices, odds are, MD, which this is imo.

almost thought you had an s/s with that bit of stuff at top north/west but prolly just some chips or minor pmd.

Tried to get a closer image with different lighting of the MM and 'RIB', which really pushes the minimum focal length of the lens in my setup, but hopefully provides a better look. I can convince myself it is an S/S after comparing the images from Variety Vista, but I'm obviously new at this. If MD combined with some other damage, I'm happy to learn and attribute it that way too.

Occnumis2021, I saw no Obverse Doubling evidence..... and looking at both CPG and Richard Roosevelt Review, Neither book or website shows a DDO along with this DDR/RPM coin.

hmm. i rechecked and saw this "Obverse is ODV-001." so i think my brain interpreted that as DDO for some reason. apologies to all for the confusion!
