2003 P Roosevelt Dime "Extra Branch"

I found this coin about 17 years ago. It seems to have a similar error to that of the 2000-P Sacagawea Wounded Eagle Error. In this case, the error looks like an extra branch (see photos). The "branch" is raised, so it's not a deep scratch. Has anyone come come across this particular error before? Any helpful comments would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't gotten any responses, so I want to ask if I need better photos, or is there little to no interest in it?

it could be a scratch but on the die but we'd call it a gouge but i cant tell from the image one way or another.

even if it is a goige or strike through it would most likely have little interest.
