CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

my equipment and expertise are not yet at the level I can determine if this is a true FS801. I realize they’re only pictures and it makes it difficult for even experts to determine but if you’ve seen a lot of them, you may be able to approve or reject. I appreciate you taking a look and have a safe, happy prosperous 2025

if you are asking if you have the fs801 ddr, you can look at this page (have you yet?).

    http://varietyvista.com/09b%20WQ%20V...964DDDR001.htm

a tip going forward, i've been using for many many years. if you have and FS of something, type this into a search engine and almost always, coinfacts will be your first link. has been for me 99% of the time.

while JW site varietyvista and some others are truly great, using coinfacts monstrously huge and professional images allows you to zoom into those hard to reach places, ya know?

this is the page the search above provides: https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/...-fs-801/146004

using both VV (and other attribution sites) and CF should give you more than enough info to solve most inquiries. not that there is anything wrong with asking.

Thank you for taking a look at the coin and your response. Yes, I checked VV, Wexler, NGC, and Coneca (had no images). I still could not decide if it’s an FS801. I did not check CoinFacts that’s a great idea. I was just looking for another set of More experienced eyes that may be able to confirm or deny. I may be able to bring it down to my local coin dealer and have him take a look at it. Thank you again
