    Copper Coins RPM 1954S-1MM-018

I have a 1954S Lincoln Cent that I believe is Copper Coins 1954S-1MM-018. The Pictures they have is for a LDS. So I believe mine would be considered a VLDS. Some of the markers they show are either missing or very hard to see on my coin unless you move it in the light just right. Mine coin is now a “BIE” Coin. But if you look close at that and then Copper Coins Pictures you can see same marks in an earlier state I believe. Just looking For some confirmation either way.

    Thanks in advance!

for my part, between your nice images and CC and V V, i cannot offer much here, except to say w/o anything more substantial, bigger/clearer images (which may not even help here) it is gonna be tough to confirm this simply due to how minor the variety is.

i agree the BIE outline seems to match. the breaks on the 9 aren't much help due how different they are in the different die states. (perhaps check the site that lists out the BIE listings? cuds on coins perhaps?)

a tip. in the future, wherever the main feature is on the coin, try to get more light in that area. the repunching as i could see it on CC and V V, is on the upper outside west part, where you coin is mostly shadow. ( a few images are squished too but that is a lil nitpicky)

compared to the average poster here, i give you an A+ for your post, pic quality, specific areas, cropped and close-up etc, link to page in question. kudos. apologies i cannot be more help.

tried to see if DD had it listed but cannot find any RPM for LWC past 1951 for some reason. perhaps it is just me?

Die varieties such as doubled dies, Repunched mint marks (RPMs), Over Mint Marks (OMMs), Repunched Dates, Overdates, coin design varieties, as well as regular coins and error coins.

      Occnumis2021,

Thanks for the detailed response I appreciate it. Yes, the scope I have does have issues with lighting at times. I was struggling to get the lighting just right to help highlight the areas I took images of. My new scope arrived yesterday with a 20 megapixel camera. So, I hope once I have worked with the new one and can produce better images I can come back around to this coin and take another look at it and update this post in the future.

      Thanks Again!
