1964 P Washington Quarter DDR or Machine Doubling

Good evening. After viewing the Sticky about Machine Doubling, what I thought was possibly a new DDR variety now appears to be machine doubling. (FS-801 and 804 has the doubling going the other direction.)

I appreciate any insight or confirmation. I've already learned a lot just from reading a few threads. Thank you for your time. I took pics in natural and artificial light. The doubling in question is found in the words Quarter Dollar.
