Lincoln Cents 1986,Damage at the Mint?

This coin has damage to the design on both the obverse and reverse sides of the coin. On Lincoln's bag, a part is missing as if it had been erased, and in my opinion, there is damage to the mint mark. On the reverse side of the coin, there are letters that look as if they have been erased. The mentioned damages are indicated with arrows.
