It is hard to tell from the picture, however, it does appear to have an extra line across LIBERTY's jaw and an extra spike in her crown. Without the coin in hand, it would be hard to attribute exactly what those anomalies are.
I hope that you do not mind, but I took your photo and indicated the lines that seem to be extra.
If it is possible, I would like to see this coin for it does seem to be interesting.

I got to take a look at "namingdiecracks" Jefferson dollar today and I believe that it is a die clash of the left eye and nose of Jefferson.
What I think is neat about this clash is that it looks like an extra ray from LIBERTY'S crown which is actually Jefferson's nose. The arrows indicate the die clash in the second picture.
The position is a great fit with the dies being a bit of center from each other.
I am sure that this will receive some sort of fancy name and find its way into the collectible circle for anomalies.

I agree with you on this it is right where that eye and nose should be. What gets me is there is no other indication of a die clash on the coin. 8 SPIKED CROWN OF LIBERTY. Sounds good to me. Anyways, why does this clash only show up in that spot of the coin and nowhere else?Comment

One thing to remember is that the die is a shaped like a dome to a very slight degree. This improves the cold metal flow so the center of the dies is the highest point.
One of the more common light clashes seen is on the Lincoln cent, just below his ear where a small portion of Bay # 6 is seen as a small right angle shape. As the clash becomes strong, it shows more and more of the bays and is called a "prisoner" cent.
This clash was just strong enough to leave an impression of the eye and the nose.
