1964 BS Kennedy Half Dollar - What is it, if anything?

Here are a few pictures of a 1964 “Business Strike” Kennedy Half Dollar. I realize that the doubling on the coin might be “Too minor to list” but we are thinking of adding it to a “box of twenty” for Dr. Wiles to look at. Any ideas?

It does apopear to be a doubled die. As to it being to minor, I cannot comment on that.

Anyway, nice find and great going.
