I think this is the 1864 (Large Motto) RPD FS-02-1302 from the Cherrypickers Guide. Any thoughts?

Large Motto it is and also a RPD, however, the number that you give does not correspond to any 2 Cent die, nor is it the picture of FS-02-1864-1302. It is a different die.

I did actually transpose the right number, but I don't know if it's the correct attribution. The picture and the description in the Cherrypickers is at odds - the desciption says secondary digits are evident to the north of the 1 and 8, and to the SW of the 6 and 4. The picture in the Cherrypickers shows the former, not the latter. I don't see anything else listed that could explain mine? Do I have somehting other than the 1302?

There are more than a few errors in the Cherrypickers' guides and this appears to be one of thgem. I do believe thgat it should read SE instead of SW.

As to your repunched date, it is different and the person to get a hold of is Frank Leone. You can find his E-mail address in ERRORSCOPE or on the CONECA home page under attributers.

Is the CONECA attribution email address correct for Frank? I've gotten no response.
