1994D LCM different DDO types?

Are they two different DD types?
What caused the doubling apperance around the face different from the date/mint doubling?

I would believe this to be a combination of die deterioration and machine doubling. Just my opinion.
By the way, very nice to see one larger photo rather than the grouping of smaller ones. Easier to try and see whats going on with the coin that way.

We three old coin seekers always heed reasonable inputs. Sometimes, however, can't avoid multiple photos to highlight due to limitations in
our not so expensive cameras, that one shot won't highlight the suspect
error.
