I can see the machine doubling on the first two digits of the date, however, whether this is a DDO can only be verified by in hand analysis.

      Hi,
This coin is definitely a doubled die. It is one that I am not at all familiar with though. There is machine doubling on the 19 of the date but that does not negate the notch on the 2, and the doubling on LIBERTY and IN GOD WE TRUST.

It is an interesting coin and may be a new die variety.

      Thanks,
      Bill

I really, really hate it when a perfectly good Doubled Die gets machine doubled! A-r-g!

There is nothing more frustrating than trying to point out possible doubling while that silly machine doubling is going "Look at Me!" "Look at Me!"

Be sure to send the coin in for examination and attribution Bill!
