I have 20 of these 1882-O morgan dollars....6 show classic EDS O/O "Vam-7".....I noticed a section of the wreath leaf "missing" on all 6 Vams....above the U in UNITED....as I looked at the other 14 coins, I saw a series of progression of the struck-thru error on the leaf....from weak to strong, with the strongest loss ending in the Vams....a fluke of the 20 coins I have, for sure, or, others have this marker of sorts to look for. The coins I have have been in storage since 1983, unsearched until this week.

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors.
