1946-S ROOSEVELT DIME INVERTED MINT MARK?

This is the ball serif mint mark that was used in 1945 and partially in 1946. If you notice, there is a fine break in the upper loop of the S mint mark. This indicates that it is in the proper position. Go to this link below for a picture of an inverted ball serif mint mark and a mint mark in the correct attitude. Even though it is on a Lincoln cent, it is the same mint mark.
