  • 1964 Roosevelt FS-801 DDR ??

    I am sending this to Mr.Wiles to look at.I think it's a FS-801 ?

I think the population for this one is very low with only 3 coins listed at NGC.
    Finest being a MS64.
I dont know the PCGS pop.
Anyway i didnt want to send in alot of coins without getting some other peoples thoughts on some of them.

Population for the 801 at PCGS is 4 (Highest being MS62) and the population for the 802 is 1, a sole MS63.

          Very nice find!

further inspection leads me to believe that the coin is a FS-802.
it has the die clash on the bridge of the nose and heavy die scratches on the obverse.
someone told me that the FS-801 has clockwise spread on the lettering and the FS-802 has counterclockwise rotation.
            this coin has counterclockwise rotation.

i was wondering about pop numbers so thanks for the info.
the coin is blast white.my pics stink big time...lol
