CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    I dont know anything about these nickels varieties and there is not much info out there as I tried to research.So a little help would go along way..Thanks for your comments and viewing!!

    there are many different doubled dies in the ocean in view nickels. I don't even know the die numbers for all of them. there are also proof ones also. My favorite one is the one that looks to have a sledge hammer laying on the tree branch. these coins are not worth much right now and may be because they are so new.
